Introduction:
Welcome to the Smoots Summer Games Trophy Guide!
Developed by KANEDA GAMES S.L. and published to consoles by JanduSoft S.L; Smoots Summer Games is an old school button mashing Track & Field game that brings excitement and action to your fingertips.
Roadmap:
Step 1: Play the 3 Championships, winning each event.
You will need to win each event within each Championship for trophy purposes. If you fail to win an event you will need to replay that Championship in order to try for it again, but you will not need to win the previous events if you have obtained the trophy for them.
You’ll be earning the majority of trophies within this step, including some of the World Record ones.
Step 2: Compete in the Special Championships
For each of the Special Challenges you will be competing against yourself in order to obtain a specific time/distance. You will be set a minimum time/distance to achieve in the relevant events in order to move onto the next one. If you fail one event you will need to start over.
During this step you’ll earn these trophies: First special challenge
Win Bronze special challenge
Win Silver special challenge
Win Gold special challenge
Step 3: Clean Up
If you are missing any of the World Records now is the time to achieve them. World Records can be achieved in the Practice arena, so head over there and keep trying.
During this step you’ll earn any missing trophies and Smoots Champion.
Tips and Strategies:
The difficulty with this game comes with how fast you are at pressing a button. If you have a Turbo Controller then this is no issues, however if you do not you are able to use a rounded object to quickly move on and off the button in a sideways action to great effect. This is also true when it comes to the events that alternate
/
to gather speed. Personally I only had a few issues obtaining World Records by using a rounded object.
The swimming events do not use the same method to gain speed, but again even without the Turbo effect, these World Records are easy enough to obtain.
If you are struggling with any event then use the Practice arena until you feel ready to enter the Championships/Challenges and don’t forget to set the difficulty to Easy.
