Welcome to the Overcooked 2 – Surf ‘n’ Turf DLC Trophy Guide!
In the first paid DLC for Overcooked 2, players will head to the beach to serve up some smoothies and shish kebabs, and earning a few extra trophies along the way!
Roadmap:
Step 1: Earn 3 stars on all levels
The majority of your time in this DLC will be spent obtaining three stars on all 12 standard levels. Thankfully, the Kevin level is completely optional. Each level will likely take a few tries to master, but ultimately, most of the DLC levels are no tougher than the base game.

With all levels completed with three or more stars, all you should have left are a couple of miscellaneous trophies.

Tips and Strategies:
The first paid DLC for Overcooked 2 has arrived in the form of a beach vacation! Well, actually, the Onion King has been forced into this “vacation” (exile) for his role in accidentally creating the Unbread in the main game. To escape this exile, he enlists the help of his chefs to create new beach themed recipes.
This DLC introduces a bunch of few recipes, mostly relating to smoothies and shish kebabs, as well as a new type of burger. It also introduces a new method of cleaning dirty dishes (the Water Gun), a new way to cook food (Fire Bellows on a BBQ grill), and some new gimmicks. The DLC is intended to be played after beating the main game, and features a similar level of difficulty to the later levels of the base game.
The DLC is accessed from the “Extras” tab on the main menu, bringing the player to a new world map.
Note: unlike Campfire, Night, and Carnival, this DLC is not included in the game’s season pass, and must be purchased separately.
General Tips
- On some levels, the timer will not start counting down until you deliver your first meal. On these levels, you can prepare extra meals and chop tons of ingredients to more easily reach your score goals.
- Don’t be afraid to use the floor! Some levels have very limited counter space, so feel free to use the floors to store extra ingredients without punishment.
- You should usually try to deliver the orders in the order that they appear on top of the screen. This will increase your combo meter and provide more points for each delivery. The meter resets if you deliver the wrong order, or don’t finish one in time.
- Contrary to the previous tip, if you see that you are within one order of getting three stars and won’t have time to finish the next order, feel free to complete an easier one to grab the last few necessary points.
- You can earn trophies and trophy progress from the base game while playing the DLC.
- A number of levels will probably take multiple tries to master, so use the first try or two to learn the layout of the kitchen and how the gimmicks work. Also, you will sometimes get the same exact orders in consecutive playthroughs, making high scores easier.

There are a total of 19 meals available to serve in this DLC. You will need to cook and deliver every type of meal to complete the DLC, so don’t worry about missing this trophy. It should unlock around level 3-3.
- Banana Smoothie: combine 3 bananas in a blender.
- Strawberry Smoothie: combine 3 strawberries in a blender.
- Watermelon Smoothie: combine 3 watermelons in a blender.
- Banana/Pineapple Smoothie: combine 2 bananas and 2 pineapples in a blender.
- Everything Smoothie: combine a banana, watermelon, strawberry, and pineapple in a blender.
- Burger: chop and cook a steak, combine with a bun.
- Cheese Burger: chop and cook a steak, combine with a bun and a chopped piece of cheese.
- Double Burger: chop and cook 2 steaks, combine with a bun and a chopped pineapple.
- Lettuce Cheese Burger: same as the cheese burger but add a chopped lettuce.
- Works Burger: same as the normal burger but add a chopped lettuce and a chopped tomato.
- Plain Cake: blend flour, an egg, and chopped honey, then cook in an oven.
- Chocolate Cake: add chopped chocolate to the flour, egg, and honey in the blender, then cook normally.
- Carrot Cake: add a chopped carrot to the flour, egg, and honey in the blender, then cook normally.
- Plain Pancake: blend flour and an egg, then cook on a burner.
- Chocolate Pancake: add chopped chocolate to the flour and egg in the blender, then cook normally.
- Strawberry Pancake: add a chopped strawberry to the flour and egg in the blender, then cook normally.
- Chicken Kebab: chop chicken and a tomato, then put on a skewer and cook on a grill.
- Meat Kebab: chop chicken, steak, and the indicated vegetable, then put on a skewer and cook on a grill.
- Vegetable Kebab: chop a pineapple, mushroom, and tomato, then put on a skewer and cook on a grill.

For this trophy, you will need to earn three stars in each of the four levels of Surf ‘n’ Turf World 1. This world heavily serves as a tutorial to the new mechanics of this DLC and shouldn’t present many problems to experienced Overcooked players. Below you will find a table of the scores needed to get 3 stars on every level in solo or 2 player mode. If you are playing with 3 or 4 players, the scores will be even higher, and the kitchens can become more crowded and confusing.

For this trophy, you will need to earn three stars in each of the four levels of Surf ‘n’ Turf World 2. This is where the difficulty will begin to increase a bit, with more challenging gimmicks and higher scores relative to the design of the kitchens. Below you will find a table of the scores needed to get 3 stars on every level in solo or 2 player mode. If you are playing with 3 or 4 players, the scores will be even higher, and the kitchens can become more crowded and confusing.
Note: this world contains the DLC’s lone Kevin level, which is not required for any trophies but will still be detailed in the table below. The level is automatically unlocked by earning 3 stars in level 2-2.

For this trophy, you will need to earn three stars in each of the four levels of Surf ‘n’ Turf World 3. Levels 3-1 and 3-3 aren’t anything special or troublesome, while 3-2 and especially 3-4 can present some problems due to their gimmicks and the high score requirement on 3-4. Below you will find a table of the scores needed to get 3 stars on every level in solo or 2 player mode. If you are playing with 3 or 4 players, the scores will be even higher, and the kitchens can become more crowded and confusing.

One of the new mechanics of this DLC is the replacement of sinks in some levels with water guns to wash plates and glasses. You will first encounter the water gun in level 1-3. Pick up a water gun like any other item and hold 
to shoot an infinite amount of water. You can also use the water gun to put out fires. For this trophy, you will need to wash a total of 150 dirty dishes and glasses with the water gun. It is somewhat unlikely that you will be able to get this trophy through natural play, and there is unfortunately no way to keep track of your progress unless you do it manually.
If you don’t have this trophy by the time you finish 3 stars on each level, there is an easy way to grind it out. Go to level 1-3 and deliver the three empty plates. Place them on the counter to the right so they can be washed, and repeat this process until the trophy unlocks.

Another new mechanic of this DLC is the addition of bellows, or fire puffers as they are sometimes called. Pick one up like any other item and use it with . The bellows are used on BBQ grills to greatly speed up the cooking process.
It is possible that you will have this trophy by the time you get 3 stars in all levels, but if you don’t, simply load up any level with bellows and BBQ grills (such as 2-2) and spam the bellows over a grill until the trophy unlocks.
