Introduction:

Welcome to the Little Nightmares Trophy Guide!

Roadmap:

Step 1: Enjoy the spookiness
On this run, you can use a collectible guide if you’d like, but I recommend playing the game without one, and just enjoying the experience of spookiness! You’ll at least get most of the list at the end of this step!

You’ll be earning these trophies:
Bronze The Prison
Bronze The Lair
Bronze The Kitchen
Bronze The Guest Area
Bronze The Lady’s Quarters

Step 2: Collectibles + Miscellaneous
Now that you’ve beaten the game, you can use chapter select and get the collectibles and miscellaneous trophies, if you didn’t do that in step 1! After this step, you’ll have just one aggravating trophy left!

During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Bronze Little Lost Things
Silver Kitchen Hand
Bronze Highly Sprung
Bronze Rascal
Bronze Light Up Your Life
Bronze Elusive
Silver Six’s Song

Step 3: No Death Speedrun
This is half as annoying as it sounds. You should know the game well enough if you did two runs. Although you may remember it really well regardless, because it’s not long. You have to beat the game, with no deaths, in an hour! After this though, you’ll have all the trophies! Refer to Gold Hard to the Core to see all the tips!

During this step you’ll earn the following trophies:
Gold Hard to the Core

Little Lost Things
Kindness will be your undoing!

Throughout the game, you’ll see little monster things run around on the floor, or run from monsters with you. These are Gnomes, and you have to find all 13 for this trophy. When you find them, you have to press to grab them and give them a hug! When you end up hugging all of them, this trophy is yours!

Linked is a nice all inclusive text guide for this game. It includes all the Gnomes, breakable statues, and lamp locations to light! (Credit GamesRadar).

The recipe is complete, the feast will be divine.

In Chapter 3, you’ll find yourself in a kitchen area where you see a chef preparing food. In the second half of it, there will be a big pot on the back wall that you have to throw 3 ingredients into. In the pantry that you start in for this area, there are carrots and a turnip.

I used each of these ingredients. In the spot with the pot, there is a vertical running table, and under it is meat that you can throw into the pot. To throw stuff, you have to hold X. When you get 3 things into the pot, this trophy is yours!

Highly Sprung
You’d jump even higher if you knew what slept there!

In Chapter 5 at the start, you’ll need to sneak past a humming lady. Once you pass her, you’ll be in a bedroom! Hop up on the bed and keep jumping around until this trophy unlocks!

Rascal
Little vandal, little beast, The Maw will punish you at the feast.

Throughout the game, you can find little statues of the Lady Of The Maw. Your task is to pick them up, and hold X to throw them, so that they shatter to pieces!

When you break all of them, the trophy unlocks! Refer to Bronze Little Lost Things to see a very comprehensive text guide for the game!

Light Up Your Life
Not all lights can be trusted, but these should be quite safe!

Throughout the game, you can find lanterns, or even candles in later levels. If you bring out your lighter with  or , and stand next to these objects, Six will light them.

You have to light about 20 of them throughout the game. Luckily there is way more than 20, and the guide in Bronze Little Lost Things describes the positions of a lot of lanterns! After you light the required amount of things, this trophy is yours.

The Prison
Look how the canary has flown its cage!

This is story related and is unlocked after you beat Chapter 1!

The Lair
Little lost things sometimes find their way home.

This trophy is for beating chapter 2! This chapter is where things get harder because you’re running from monsters!

At the end of the chapter, I suggest staying near the bottom arm, but don’t exactly touch it, or you’ll get killed!

The Kitchen
The Chefs will miss you!

After Chapter 3, you earn this trophy! There is a lot more running involved in this chapter than the last, so know how to slide! Though to do that, you hold  to run, then hold to slide!

The Guest Area
Little fox among hungry wolves!

After you clear Chapter 4, this trophy is yours! This level is all running and jumping from the giant monsters on the boat! So be prepared!

The Lady’s Quarters
A storm is coming. That coat should come in useful.

This is for beating the final Chapter, Chapter 5. During this chapter, you experience a boss fight. You have to carry a mirror, and look for circles of light. You then have to stand in them, and the boss will start coming towards you. You then have to look at her, causing her damage. Eventually, the boss will fall, and you will walk through the end scenes of the game.

Elusive
Hey sneaky rat, how do you keep slipping away?

As you play through the game, you get chased by monsters and you have to escape. If they catch you, you die. Now for this, you have to get out of their reach JUST before they grab you.

It took me a few tries to actually get it, but I got it in chapter 3 in the kitchen. I ran under a table in the second area, where you throw the ingredients for Silver Kitchen Hand. I’d wait for the monster to come near me, then run and slide!

So many keys, yet none to unlock your cage!

In Chapter 2, you’ll come across a spot where you have to jump onto a swinging piano to be able to get across a gap. Before you get off the piano, run across the keys to make some music, and get this trophy!

Hard to the Core Gold
What’s different about you? Why are you so brave?

Getting this trophy is a real pain no matter how you do it. If you do the game in one unbroken run, there’s a chance you screw up and have to redo it all. But here’s the bonus. You can stop and start whenever you like. Reach a checkpoint and know the next part is rough? Take a break! Or? Back up your save!

You have to beat the game in one hour, with no deaths. Unfortunately, there’s no timer. But here’s some tips!

  • Back up your save. As you can do this whenever you like. Part take too long? Download your save! Reach a part where you know you’ll die? Back up your save!
  • Pausing the game, stops the timer!
  • Just about to fall off an edge or get grabbed? Restart at the checkpoint and your time will reset to where the timer was!

I can’t recommend enough, to back up your save. When you beat the game, and haven’t died, thanks to the save trick, and beat it in an hour, and this annoying trophy is yours!
