Introduction:

Welcome to the Jet Set Knights Trophy Guide! An old-school arcade action platformer inspired by classics. Take one of four brave knights, face hundreds of evil creatures, and protect the princess at all costs!
Developed by FobTi Interactive and published on consoles by Ratalaika Games.

Roadmap:

Step 1: Set the game on easy and reach beat all the world bosses
This will be your only step for this game as you will get all the trophies by simply playing the game.

First of all, go into settings and put the difficulty to “EASY” to make this game a walk in the park.

There are 5 world bosses and you will need to beat Wave 4 to reach the world boss and defeat them. After that, make sure to collect the key that spawns in the middle of the area to unlock the next world.

You will tackle the various worlds in the following order:

  • Graveyards – Octopuss Boss;
  • Slime Rush – Big Ape Boss;
  • Ice Panic – Snowman Boss;
  • Trap Tower – RoboBoss;
  • Candy Castle – Muffin Boss.

There are also three “worlds” available from the beginning which allow you to get two daily bonuses and a gambling house where you can get some useful artifacts if you are lucky enough. However, there are no related trophies so they are optional.

Once you have completed the Candy Castle world, you’ll have all the trophies of the game:

Tips and Strategies:

CONTROLS

BONUSES AND TREASURE CHESTS

Around the map of each world, you can collect some useful powerups which can help you towards the various waves of enemies:

  • Magical Scroll – It kills every enemy in the area when picked up;
  • Health Potion – Once picked up you regain one hearth;
  • Lance – Powerful weapon that insta-kill every enemy when you touch them;
  • Invincibility Star – You become invulnerable to everything for a limited time once you pick it up;
  • Speed Boots – They increase your speed once you pick them up;
  • Cat Mask – The princess becomes a cat heroine and shoots at every enemy for a limited time;
  • Time Clock – It stops every enemy for a short period of time;
  • Munch costume – You become a sort of Pac-Man guy that can devour every enemy for a short time. Each devoured enemy gives 1 heart back;
  • Bonus Letters – Pick them up to compose the word “BONUS” to unlock a new weapon.

Treasure chests spawn randomly during the various waves and can contain weapons or arrows. Be careful that if you see a red exclamation point over them when you get close, they will explode.
In the upper left corner of the screen, you can see the duration of the weapons/arrows you have picked up. Once this period ends, you will automatically have a sword which is a good weapon too but a short-range one and makes you more vulnerable.

GUARD TOWERS AND BARRICADES

When you start the game, you can build 2 barricades on the sides of the princess and 2 guard towers. The best advice is to ALWAYS build the 2 barricades and keep on taking a look at them. If an enemy hits them, they can block their attacks for 1/2 times but be careful because some enemies can pass towards them!

To build barricades and towers you will need wood and iron ingots that spawn randomly around the area.
You can upgrade the barricades and the guard towers for an increased amount of materials for each level:

  • To build a barricade you need a piece of wood and to upgrade it to level 2, you will need 2 pieces and so on;
  • To build a guard tower you need a piece of iron and to upgrade it to level 2, you will need 2 pieces and so on.

GENERAL TIPS

  • You should be able to level up twice before reaching the boss. The best upgrade to level up is the “Damage” one for sure, but if you just have 1 heart left or you are feeling that you are going to die, make sure to upgrade your health. You will gain one more heart and a full refill;
  • Guard Towers can’t deal damage to the bosses;
  • Once you pick up an arrow type, wait to collect another type of arrows until you finish the previous one;
  • If you hit a fire skull with an ice arrow, he will freeze and instantly die by falling off so keep that in mind
    Keep in mind that if a fire arrow hits the ground, it can still deal damage for a short period of time until it despawns.

BankerGold
Find 1000 Coins.

Coins can be collected upon killing enemies. Every 100 coins picked up in a row, grants you a token which is used at the gambling house to try to win an artifact.
The Elf-like enemies give a lot of coins upon death.

Once you have collected 1000 of them, you will unlock this trophy after dying.

Robin WoodGold

Arrows can be picked up by opening a treasure chest. These chests spawn randomly in the various areas of the level and you need to press the button to shoot them.

Once you have shot 500 of them, you will unlock the trophy after dying.

MorozkoGold
Shot 250 Ice Arrows.

Ice Arrows can be picked up by opening a treasure chest. These chests spawn randomly in the various areas and after picking them up, you need to press the button to shoot them.

You can recognize them from the blue tip they have. Once an Ice arrow hits an enemy, they will freeze him for a short time.
If you hit a fire skull, he will freeze and instantly die by falling off so keep that in mind.

Once you pick up this type of arrows, wait to collect another treasure chest until you finish them. If you accidentally pick another type of arrows, the previous ones will be replaced.

After shooting 250 Ice Arrows and dying, this trophy will be yours.

Grill MasterGold
Shot 250 Firee Arrows.

Fire Arrows can be picked up by opening a treasure chest. These chests spawn randomly in the various areas and after picking them up, you need to press the button to shoot them.

Once you pick up this type of arrows, wait to collect another treasure chest until you finish them. If you accidentally pick another type of arrows, the previous ones will be replaced.

After shooting 250 Fire Arrows and dying, this trophy will be yours.

Legendary KnightGold
Defeat 600 Monsters.

This trophy will pop by normally playing as you will face up more than 600 monsters during the various levels.

EngineerGold
Build 20x Guard Tower.

This trophy will pop after building 20 Guard Towers.

These towers can be built around the various maps in specific places that are indicated with a little hammer when you pass over them.

To build a guard tower, you will need a piece of iron which are given automatically at the beginning of the level or can be picked up when they randomly spawn.

Once you have them, go over a specific spot and move down the left stick to build a tower.
You can also upgrade them but you will need 2 pieces of iron for level 2, 3 pieces for level 3, and so on.

Sea HunterGold
Slay the Octopus Boss.

This is the boss of the first world, The Graveyards.
He appears after wave 4 and he will shoot at you 3 bullets in a row.

Before being able to kill him, you will need to shoot at his tentacles and then to his body.
The best strategy to kill him is to wait for him to shoot (he always shoots at you every 2/3 seconds), then move to avoid the bullets, and jump down to attack him.

Once you have defeated him, MAKE SURE to collect the key to unlock the next world. If you die before collecting it, you will need to repeat the whole level to unlock the next area.

Jungle KingGold
Slay the Big Ape Boss.

This is the boss of the second world, Slime Rush. To unlock this world, you will need the key dropped by the Octopuss Boss located in The Graveyards world.

He appears after wave 4 and he will jump once. When he lands, some coconuts and a crate will fall off. Avoid them but be careful that the coconuts will split into two parts when they touch the ground and then the boss will throw away the crate.

The best strategy to kill him is to attack after he throws the crate away.

Once you have defeated him, MAKE SURE to collect the key to unlock the next world. If you die before collecting it, you will need to repeat the whole level to unlock the next area.

Long WinterGold
Slay the Snowman Boss.

This is the boss of the third world, Ice Panic. To unlock this world, you will need the key dropped by the Big Ape Boss located in the Slime Rush world.

He appears after wave 4 and he will spawn 6 snowballs that will spin around him for a while then he will throw them towards you. Be careful that these snowballs are thrown randomly and they can reach you in no time.

The best strategy to kill him is to dodge all the 6 snowballs then attack him until it spawns the next ones.
Be careful that if you have the bow and you stand on the platform on his sides, the arrows will surely hit the platform behind him and you won’t deal any damage.

Once you have defeated him, MAKE SURE to collect the key to unlock the next world. If you die before collecting it, you will need to repeat the whole level to unlock the next area.

Here a video that shows the entire level walkthrough:

RoboBossGold
Destroy the Robot Boss.

This is the boss of the fourth world, Trap Tower. To unlock this world, you will need the key dropped by the Snowman Boss located in the Ice Panic world.

He appears after wave 4 and he will move in a cross pattern while throwing some mechanical parts from his head. Keep in mind that you need to hit his chain to be able to kill him.
Dodge him and his projectiles and keep on hitting the chain every time you can. Be careful that there are some traps around that area and you can also get hit by them.

Once you have defeated him, MAKE SURE to collect the key to unlock the next world. If you die before collecting it, you will need to repeat the whole level to unlock the next area.

Here a video that shows the entire level walkthrough:

MasterChefGold
Slay the Muffin Boss.

This is the boss of the last world, Candy Castle. To unlock this world, you will need the key dropped by the RoboBoss located in the Trap Tower world.

He appears after wave 4 and he will keep jumping on the lower floor of the area while shooting a rose of 4 bullets every time he hits the ground. Be careful that he will shoot a ground-level projectile from his mouth when he reaches the top left/right of the area.

The best strategy to kill him is to stand on the bottom left/right corner of the area until he’s close then use the upper platforms to reach the other side.
