Welcome to the Heroes Trials Trophy Guide!
After the banishing of the previous defender of your island, the community needs new heroes. The long training of siblings Elia and Zoel takes them to the last trials deciding who is the best fit to become the new local guardians. In the finals, they will have to compete against a sleazy couple and the clock to prove their worth. Rising to the top will not be an easy feat!
Ratalaika Games gives us a ‘speedy and heart-warming action RPG full of challenges’. The game is straight forward with no real challenging trophies. While two trophies could possibly be missable, you can easily backtrack and get them. You can get the Platinum before finishing the game. You must finish each mission within a certain timeframe before you can move on to the next mission. If the time runs out, it’s game over and you’ll have to retry from your last save point. A quick and enjoyable game for your trophy collection!

Step 1: Play the game
You’ll want to play as Elia for the most part since she can attack from afar. Pretty much every trophy is story related, minus 2 ( Frankenslime and Old heroes of Délhua). Finish each Mission and work your way towards the final Mission.

When you start the game, go to your left or go north and interact 
with anyone to pop this trophy.

After finishing the cemetery trial, Mission 2, go back to where you start the game and go through the town and exit to the Northwest of it. Follow the road to the right or go towards the two green dots on the minimap. The guy at the house sells boots that cost 250 Del, which will allow you to run fast. Buy them and the trophy is yours.

Attacking/Shooting grass and other objects drops food that replenishes your health. Pick any of these up for the first time and you will earn this trophy. You can also open a chest that contains food to earn this trophy.

Kill any enemy you encounter, to easily get this trophy.

After starting a new game and exhausting the dialogue, the first trial begins. Follow the red dot on the minimap and once you reach the cemetery, the trophy will pop.

MISSABLE
After starting the first trial, go to the next screen through the Southeast. In this area, make it to the empty round area at the bottom right (it’s right before the stretch to the right that leads to the north path to the cemetery and the right path that leads to the beach). It is possible to beat the game without fighting this guy.
Frankenslime only attacks close up. Use Elia and stand at a distant while constantly shooting at him. As he gets closer, back up or reposition yourself.

After starting mission 4, follow the path south and follow the red dot on the minimap. Eventually you will get to two big boulders. Switch to Zoel and drop a bomb (
). Taurus is immune to Elia’s Arcane so make sure to use Lighting on him. He shoots a single blast at you and will jump towards you and attack so strafe and shoot away to eventually kill this boss for the trophy.

After defeating Taurus and picking up the iron stone he drops, you start Mission 5. Go to the lady that is near the guy where you buy the boots from (see In my shoes). She takes this stone and gives you an upgraded shield. Go to Soreon Cave and make it to the end to find Denmaku.
As Zoel, you will need to hit Denmaku with your sword until the red force field goes away. Then, you can attack him with Zoel or Elia. All Denmaku does is shoot at you which can be easily blocked with Zoel’s shield. Eventually he will spawn some bats. After your victory, the trophy is yours.

Finishing Mission 3 by completing Lirimo Grotto, unlocks the bombs. Afterwards, they can be found lying around or can be bought from the guy who sells you the boots for 100 Del.

The three spells are Lighting, Ice, and Fire. One you finish Mission 7 at Karelius Volcano, the trophy will pop.

MISSABLE
At the end of Mission 2, at the bottom of the tombs, interact with the statue of the two people to the right of the chest. After reading the text, the trophy pops. If you don’t get it during the mission, simply run down to the bottom again at any point to get it.

Finishing Mission 6 in Plonida Shrine, will earn you this trophy. You will need to stay ahead of the bottom of the screen while manoeuvring a maze filled with enemies.
