Introduction:
Welcome to Fear Effect Sedna Trophy Guide! This is a sequel to the old Fear Effect. It takes place a few years after Fear Effect 1 and delves into Inuit mythology with a mix of combats, puzzles and exploration.
Roadmap:
You can do all the trophies in a single playthrough. Remember that if you miss a trophy or a collectable, the game has no “chapter select” so you have to replay the whole game in order to do a specific trophy.
Step 1: Collectable and missable trophies
In this playthrough you will earn all the trophies if you follow this guide correctly. There is also a Collectable trophy related: The Scholar. You will start finding the collectables from Chapter 3.
In order to get it, you can follow the linked video in the trophy aforementioned or check every story related trophy from the chapter 3.
You’ll be earning these trophies:
CHAPTERS | TROPHIES |
Chapter 1: Hong Kong | ![]() |
Chapter 2: Paris | ![]() ![]() |
Chapter 3: Nuuk | ![]() |
Chapter 4: Sedna Labs | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Chapter 5: Tanker | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Chapter 6: Oil Rig | ![]() |
Chapter 7: Spirit World | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Step 2: clean-up
This step is optional but if you have missed a trophy, you need to replay the whole game until the related chapter because there is no “chapter select”.
Remember that if you have missed a collectable, you will need to recollect them all because they don’t stack across the playthroughs.

Tips
- There is a useful walkthrough that can help you with some puzzle of the game but don’t use it for collectables as it seems to be incompleted. Use the linked video in
The Scholar trophy description instead;
- When you approach some enemies, always stay in groups if possible to ease every fight;
- ALWAYS revive teammates even if you run out of medkits. In this way, you may avoid some game-over screens;
- You can do all the kills-related trophies except for
The Vampire and
The Assassin ones at the beginning of chapter 4: Sedna Labs. Here you will have all the available characters and a lot of enemies so it’s really easy to farm kills;
- You can farm stealth kills for
The Assassin trophy at the beginning of the fifth chapter because the whole level is suited to stealth because of the
Master of Infiltration trophy;
- You need to collect only the twenty documents for
The Scholar trophy and there are also the totems but they are not needed for any trophies. Keep in mind that you need to collect every document in a single playthrough as they don’t stack between the games. If you miss one of them you will need to recollect all of them so pay attention;
- Keep in mind that you need to do every missable trophy in a single playthrough too as there is no “chapter select“. So if you miss one of them you will need to replay the game until the related chapter where you missed the trophy;
- The game has three possible endings and you can get them all in a single playthrough simply reloading the game after the credits.
Guides:
