Introduction:
Welcome to the Dragon Break Classic Trophy Guide!
Indie Developers smobile return with a colab between themselves and PixelMima.
This is the 9th release in the series of the brick breaker games and of course, just like the others, you will get the platinum trophy with minimal time and effort.
Roadmap:
Step 1: Play with the Characters Tami (4th), Rai (3rd) & Hitomi (7th)
Playing with the 3 characters mentioned above (and beating the level) will ensure you are able to obtain the three level specific trophies of Moving items destroyed,
Stationary mini bosses defeated &
Shields broken. These trophies can be earned in other levels, however, playing these 3 first could result in them being the only levels you need to play for the platinum.
If you have not obtained all of the trophies whilst using the above 3 characters, I would suggest trying Ami (1st) as you fourth character.
Remember to switch back to the menu after winning a match and chose the next character along to ensure you are progressing 3 characters played.
A few things to remember; you will need to complete a level fast for Fast player, and slowly for
Slow player. You’ll also need to complete a level ensuring you collect all the power ups dropped for
All power ups collected and one collecting none of the power ups for
No power ups collected.
Tips and Strategies:
Dragon Break Classic only requires you to collect power-ups, rather than multiple ones, or defeating a number of enemies a certain way, as was the original games.
It is highly likely that you will obtain the miscellaneous collectible trophies simply by collecting all the power-ups that drop.
I have included the Instructions here for a quick reference as to what Power Up does what, plus which Bosses to look out for.
Trophy Guide:

Become a Dragon Break Classic master! Collected all the trophies in the game.
![]() ![]() Completed a level quickly. |
There is no actual visible timer within the game screen, so there is no quick way to know how you are doing with obtaining this trophy. You can of course time yourself with an external device, but in all honesty you will probably earn this trophy without even trying.
The developers have confirmed that you are required to beat the level quicker than 100 seconds in order to achieve this trophy.
If you are struggling with this trophy I would suggest using the 1st Character Ami, as this is who I was using when I obtained the trophy.
![]() ![]() Completed a level slowly. |

![]() ![]() Defeated a Fire Lord mini boss. |
Fire Lord is one of the 3 Mini Bosses that will be trying to destroy your paddle when they are in the match. Most of the time they will float around the screen when they appear and try to shoot you with their shot. On some levels these bosses will appear in a static place and you can kill them in the same manner as the moving ones.
This Mini Boss appears in multiple levels, however personally I achieved this whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Defeated a Succubus mini boss. |
Succubus is one of the 3 Mini Bosses that will be trying to destroy your paddle when they are in the match. Most of the time they will float around the screen when they appear and try to shoot you with their shot. On some levels these bosses will appear in a static place and you can kill them in the same manner as the moving ones.

Most of the time they will float around the screen when they appear and try to shoot you with their shot. ![]() ![]() Hit ball 3 times in turbo paddle mode without losing life. |
Hold to make the paddle speed increase and try to bounce the ball 3 times without letting it past you. This can be obtained on any level and at any time.
![]() ![]() Caught ball 3 times with sticky paddle without losing life. |
The Sticky Paddle Power Up will let the balls stick to your paddle in order to better select a shot that will be at the angle of your choice. When you have the ball stuck you will need to press the button to release the ball back into the play area.
Simply catch the ball (or a combination of balls) 3 times and fire it back up without losing a life in between.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 7th Character Hitomi.
![]() ![]() Hit ball 3 times with shield (bottom wall) without losing life. |
The Shield Power Up gives you a barrier at the bottom of the screen just in case you let the ball past.
For this trophy you are required to let the bouncing ball hit the barrier 3 times before it expires. When you get this Power Up simply let the ball past you and keep your paddle out of the way.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 1st Character Ami.
![]() ![]() Survived a mini boss attack through invincible paddle. |
You will need to collect the Invincible Paddle Power Up and then let one of the Mini Bosses hit your paddle with the fire shot whilst your paddle is still Yellow for this one.
This Mini Boss appears in multiple levels, however personally I achieved this whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Destroyed 3 objects with slow ball without losing life. |
Sometimes a bit tricky as collecting the Slow Ball Power Up will put the speed down to 0.5. thus making it harder to get that ball bouncing up and down enough to destroy the cakes. Fortunately the Power Up items also count for this trophy and only require one hit to destroy.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 2nd Character Hana.
![]() ![]() Collected a magic missile power up. |
All you need to do for this trophy is collect the relevant Power Up as it falls. As soon as you collect the Laser Power Up you will have the ability to fire with the button.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Collected a wide paddle power up. |
As soon as you collect the Wide Paddle Power Up your paddle will increase in size, thus making it easier to bounce the ball off of.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Collected a fireball power up. |
All you need to do for this trophy is collect Fire Ball Power Up as it falls. You will release Power Ups randomly by breaking a “Magic Gem”. The Fire Ball Power Up will turn your ball to fire and destroy everything in its path and is of a red colour.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 1st Character Ami.
![]() ![]() Collected a 3-ball power up. |
The 3-Ball Power Up is quite a tricky one, as collecting it will give you three ball total to play with; luckily, all you need to do for this trophy is collect one as it falls.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 6th Character Kimmi.
![]() ![]() Destroyed 5 objects with magic missile without losing life. |
As soon as you collect the Laser Power Up you will have the ability to fire with rapidly tapping the button. Simply destroy 5 items whilst this is active.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Destroyed 5 objects with fireball without losing life. |
The Fire Ball Power Up will turn your ball to fire and destroy everything in its path.
The first time you collect this you will most likely obtain this trophy, as long as you keep the ball alive.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 8th Character Eri.
![]() ![]() Destroyed 3 objects with a bomb. |
The Mega Bomb allows you to control a target into a position exactly where you want to place it. This is extremely useful if you have things stuck in a corner that you are struggling to reach.
Once you have collected this turquoise Power Up use the stick to position the target and press the
button to fire.
This Power Up appears in multiple levels, however personally I collected it whilst using the 1st Character Ami.
![]() ![]() Destroyed 3 Shields in a level. |
The Shields can only be destroyed by an active Power-Up, as bouncing a normal ball off of them will not destroy them.
I encountered 4 Shields whilst using the 3rd Character Rai and was able to destroy using the fire ball power-up. You can also destroy them using the laser power-up, so if you miss out on them when either power-up is active simply restart the level and try again.
![]() ![]() Collected a combo of 3 or more power ups. |
For this you will need to destroy the power up items in quick succession and then collect the power ups that fall whilst others are still active. Very easy when you obtain the Laser Power Up, or Fireball Power Up early in a level, as you can destroy the breakables that you want very quickly.
It does not matter which combination you collect, as long as all three are active.
Power Ups appear in every level, however I personally obtained this trophy whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Collected all powers ups and collectibles in level. |
Easier in the beginning levels, however try not to rush the level and concentrate on collecting all of them, including the ones that fall from the beaten Mini Bosses. You are allowed to lose a life between collecting the Power Ups, as long as you collect them all.
I personally obtained this trophy whilst using the 3rd Character Rai.
![]() ![]() Completed a level without collecting any power ups. |
Easier in the beginning levels, as the opponents are easier to begin with. Try not to rush the level and concentrate on not collecting a single one of them, including the ones that fall from the beaten Mini Bosses.
You may wish to try using the 4th Character Tami for this trophy, as the only power ups that appear with this character are dropped from the bosses during their first match.
![]() ![]() Survived all mini boss attacks in a level. |
You will need to make it through at least one level without letting the Mini Boss shoot your paddle with their fire shot.
Most levels feature Mini Bosses, so you would be earning these one naturally as you play through the minimum 3 levels required.

![]() ![]() Completed a level with 7 lives remaining. |
You start each level with 5 lives and you can gain lives by collecting the Life Collectible that appears just like a Power Up.
Lives are also awarded you every 10,000 points obtained, so you will most likely obtain this trophy without even worrying too much about it.
I personally obtained this trophy whilst using the 4th Character Tami.
![]() ![]() Scored 30000 points in a level. |
This will most probably come naturally as you play. Points are award for breaking the breakables and completing the levels as quickly as possible, with more points awarded the quicker you combine and destroy thing whilst completing the level.
The quicker the ball is moving the higher the multiplier is, so try to keep the ball moving as fast as possible.
The trophy will pop as soon as you reach 30,000 in game points. You also gain more points at the end of the game based on how many lives you have left, if you fail to achieve this amount during play.
I personally obtained this trophy whilst using the 4th Character Tami.
![]() ![]() Earned total 3 stars in game. |
Stars are accumulative across all levels and are awarded for your performance within the game. You will most likely earn this within the first game you play, if you defeat the opponent and finish the match quick enough without losing many lives.
![]() ![]() Collected total 3 coins in game. |
Coins are collected like Power Ups and are accumulative through out your playthrough and are collected similar to Power Ups.
There is an abundance of Coins normally whilst playing with the 4th Character Tami.
![]() ![]() Destroyed objects at 5x speed. |
Getting your ball to 5x speed can be quite tricky, but the aim here is to keep bouncing the ball off of the lower items to increase the speed it returns. You can also increase the speed by bouncing it off the angle of the paddle and hitting multiple items during within quick succession.
Try to stay away from the Power Up that slows your ball down, as this will ruin all the momentum you have built up.
![]() ![]() Completed a level without losing life. |
You need to complete a level without loosing a life. Simply put, do not let the ball go past you, or get hit by a Mini Boss’ Laser.
![]() ![]() Scored 40000 points in a level. |
