Introduction:

Welcome to the Dissection Trophy Guide!
In this indie horror game you are in a house and all you have to do is find the way to escape. In the house is 1 roaming enemy, avoid this ‘living corpse’ while you search for the key items to complete the sequence to unlock the front door to escape, ending the game. If he catches you, you will be sent back to the very beginning of the game, there are no saves. But as it is possible to complete the game in 10 minutes it doesn’t really matter.

You will know if he has seen you because an eye logo will be on screen, if this happens there is still time to run into a closet and hide. If you want to play the game at your own pace then use the text walkthrough. But if you are a trophy hunter and just want to complete it in the fastest time then I highly recommend you use the video guide because I spent a lot of time learning the enemies patterns and getting the timings exactly right to be able to complete the game in the quickest way.

Roadmap:

Step 1: Complete a playthrough of the game, leaving with ‘Your Ring’.
Take note of the pointers in the tips section listed below, as these will be valuable to getting to the end. Everything you need to know is covered in the video & text Walkthroughs linked below.
On your first playthrough leave the house while carrying your own ring, which is in the mini chest in the Rubin room/bedroom.

Step 2: Complete a 2nd playthrough, this time leaving with the Wife’s Ring.
For the last trophy you just need to do the same again completing the game, but this time leave the house while carrying the other ring, the wife’s ring, which is hidden behind a picture on the wall in the Rubin room/bedroom.

In this step you’ll earn the final trophies:

Platinum survivor

Tips and Strategies:

• Go to settings and change game to easy, press save setting.
• You wiill need to do 2 playthroughs, to leave with a different ring trophy, will take 10 mins each.
• You can only carry 1 item at a time.
• There are no saves, if you die you go to the the beginning.
• ….But there is only 1 enemy in the house to avoid.
• Hide in closets to avoid the enemy.
• There are only 3 missable trophies ( Lunch for finding the painting matching the lunch trophy tile, Fake for finding the painting matching the fake trophy tile, & the alternate ring ending trophy.)
• The rest of the trophies will come completely naturally for completing the sequence to escape the house.
• Avoid running over the noisy bells or buckets on the floor that will attract the enemy (unless you want to lure him somewhere of course) but other noise seems to be completely fine and he will ignore.

Note: I will call room names by the colour of the key that opened them.
To get through quickly is all about timing, so if you can spare 10 mins I highly recommend you have a look at my full game video so you can see exactly when to hide or move. 
This text walkthrough will just be the sequence needed to escape the house including how to get all trophies. Without info on the 1 roaming enemy because that’s kind of impossible in a text walkthrough! So just…Yaknow… Avoid him!

In starting room, knock off the wall this painting: and pick up the Golden Key that fell from it.
 Behind the back Trophy (1/22)

Use the Golden Key to open the door.
Go upstairs enter back left room.
Smash the little box in the corner (by dropping it with ) and pick up the Small Key from inside it.
 Oops… it broke Trophy (2/22)

Go back downstairs to the starting room and use the Small Key to open the small box. Pick up the Silver Key.
Go upstairs use Silver Key to open the first left door, pick up the Bronze Key from the floor.
 Acumen Trophy (3/22)

Go downstairs use the Bronze Key on the door on the right side of the dining table, but don’t go in yet.
Go to the kitchen and pick up the Screwdriver.
Go upstairs to Silver room use Screwdriver on wooden Box on wall (don’t pick up safe key yet).
 Screwed Trophy (4/22)

Pick up the Metal Scissors other side of room.
Go to next left room and use Metal Scissors on the chains on the safe.
Go back to the silver room and knock off this painting: and pick up the Mini Chest Key that fell from it.
 Jules Scalbert Trophy (5/22)

Place the Mini Chest Key next to the door on the right of the top of the stairs, ready for later.
Go back to Silver room and pick up the Safe Key.
Go back to the safe and open it. Pick up the Chest Key from inside.
 Why Chains Trophy (6/22)

Go downstairs into the Bronze room and use the key on the chest (but don’t pick up its contents yet).
Other side of room smash small box and pick up the Metal Key.
Place the Metal Key by the 2 doors next to each other at the end of the hall, ready for later.
Go back to the Bronze room and now pick up the Hammer from inside the chest.
Go upstairs to the Silver room and use the Hammer on the big box, pick up the Emerald Key.
Go downstairs to the 2 doors next to each other at the end of the hall, and use the Emerald Key on the left one.
Pick up the Metal Key we placed just outside it and open the metal box inside the emerald room, to get the Amethyst Key.
 Metal, Metal Trophy (7/22)

Go upstairs and use the Amethyst Key to open the door on the right.
Pick up the Mini Chest Key that we placed just outside and move it into this room, ready for later.
Next to the fireplace knock off the wall this fake painting: just for a miscellaneous trophy.
 Fake Trophy (8/22)

Pick up the Metal Scissors from the left side of the fireplace, and drop them halfway down the stairs, ready for later.
Go back to the Amethyst room and knock off this painting: pick up the Serdolik Key that fell from it.
 Paris Salon Trophy (9/22)

Go downstairs, through the Bronze room, and use the Serdolik Key to open the very dark door at the back.
Pick up the Metal scissors we placed on the stairs, and go into the Serdolik room (greenhouse) and break the chains on the big chest.
 Fresh air Trophy (10/22)

Go into the Emerald room, and knock off this painting: Pick up the Big Chest Key that fell from it.
 Sabine Women Trophy (11/22)

Go back to the Serdolik room (greenhouse) and open the big chest, to get the Sapphire Key.
 Fetters off Trophy (12/22)

Use the Sapphire Key to open the door next to the Emerald room.
 Unbearable Trophy (13/22)

In the Sapphire room (toilet) smash the little box to get the Wrench.
Use the Wrench to open the box/crate outside the Emerald room, pick up the Strong Box from inside.
Lean against the wall and press   to smash the Strong box against the wall (may take 2 or 3 attempts to break) pick up the Casket key from inside.
 Make efforts Trophy (14/22)

Go upstairs and place the Casket Key in the Amethyst room, ready for later.
Go downstairs enter Serdolik room (greenhouse) and pick up the Wrench on the floor on the right.
Use the Wrench to open the box/crate by the dining table, pick up the Rubin Key from inside.
Go upstairs through the Amethyst room, use the Rubin Key on the door on the right.
 Hope is alive Trophy (15/22)

In the Rubin room knock off this painting: for a miscellaneous trophy.
 Lunch Trophy (16/22)

Pick up the Casket Key that we placed just outside the door, and open the small box in the Rubin room on the right side table of the bed, pick up the Entrance Door Key.
In the Rubin room knock off this painting (sorry for the not great picture!): 

(*The Wife’s ring will fall from behind this painting that you will need for the 2nd playthrough! But we don’t need it right now).
Wife’s ring Trophy (17/22)

Go downstairs and use the Entrance Door Key on the front door (but don’t go outside yet!)
Go through the Bronze room, into the Serdolik room (greenhouse) and pick up the Mini Metal Scissors.
Go upstairs, through the Amethyst room, into the Rubin room, and use the Mini Metal Scissors to break the chains on the mini chest.
Pick up the Mini Chest Key that we placed just outside the Rubin door, and open the mini chest, pick up My Ring from inside.
My ring Trophy (18/22)

Carrying My Ring go downstairs and leave through the front door!

For the last trophy, just do the same again! Complete a 2nd playthrough this time simply escape carrying the Wife’s Ring instead. So this time you won’t need the Mini Chest Key or the Mini Metal Scissors. Once you have opened the Rubin room you can just use the Entrance Door key then leave holding the Wife’s Ring which for a reminder is behind this picture in the Rubin room:

Leave the house/complete the game while carrying the wife’s ring, you will find the wife’s ring behind this picture in the Rubin room/bedroom:

Pick up your ring from the mini chest in the Rubin room/bedroom, and leave the house/complete the game while carrying it for this trophy.

Fetters off Open the chest on the chain, in the greenhouse

You will get this trophy when you use the metal scissors to cut off the chains around this big chest in the greenhouse.

Why chains Open the chest on the chain, on the second floor

You will get this trophy when you have used the metal scissors to cut off the chains on the safe in the upstairs back left room, and opened the safe picking up the key.

Escape Escape from house

You get this trophy for completing the game and leaving through the front doors. It doesn’t matter which key you are carrying, it will also pop if you leave the house without carrying either.

Metal, Metal Open the metal box with a metal key

This metal box is in the emerald room (that you needed the emerald key to enter) and you will need the ‘Metal Key’ to open this metal box, and its key in the little box ion the floor in the room on the right of the dinning room.

Wife’s ring Find the wife’s ring in the last room, behind the picture

The wife’s ring is in the Rubin room/bedroom, hidden behind this painting on the wall:

Acumen Open the first door with a silver key

You will get this trophy when you use the silver key to unlock this first door on the left upstairs room.

Hope is alive Open the door to the last room

This trophy will unlock when you use the Rubin key to open the bedroom door through the upstairs room on the right.

Fresh air Open the door to the greenhouse

The greenhouse can be found at the very back of the very dark room, the room on the right of the dining room. You will need the Serdolik Key to open the greenhouse.

Unbearable Open the toilet door

To open the toilet you will need the Sapphire Key which is in the big chest that had chains on. The toilet is the right-side door of the hall.

Make efforts Smash a sturdy box

In the Sapphire room (toilet) smash the little box to get the Wrench.
Use this wrench to open the box/crate next to the closet in the hall. In here you will find the Strong Box. 
Lean against the wall and press   to smash the Strong box against the wall (may take 2 or 3 attempts to break).

In the upstairs back left room will be a little box in the corner on the floor.
Smash the little box by dropping it with .

Screwed Open a wooden box with a screwdriver

First pick up the screwdriver which is on the side in the kitchen.
Then use this screwdriver on the wooden box on the wall in the upstairs first left room.
