Introduction:
Welcome to the Color Slayer Trophy Guide!
Developed by The Domaginarium; Color Slayer is a rhythm based hack n slash endless runner and is the most fun I have experienced with a game in a while. There is no pressure or need for any worries, as this game will have you playing long after the Platinum Trophy.
“Use the right colored sword to slash enemies as you avoid shielded ones, and pick the right enemy after a color switcher.
Quickly dispatch enemies to make a combo chain, and cut through bomb enemies gains higher points.“
Support the Developer and pick up the game here for only £1.69/€1.99. It is Cross Buy and has Stackable trophy lists!
Roadmap:
Step 1: Just play and have fun
There really is only one step in this Roadmap. Color Slayer is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable games that i have come across in a while and no matter how you go about playing this game, all you will need is time and the platinum trophy will be yours.
If you’re looking to speed up your platinum run you will need to mainly concentrate on the “Units” side of the score, as this is awarded for distance and would for most take longer to achieve.

“Points” (or “Score”) is awarded for every correct enemy that you knock down with the relevant coloured sword. For those enemies within close vicinity of each other you will get a multiplier if you correctly slay them all. Unfortunately the multiplier does reset way too quickly, so you are only looking at a 4x multiplayer at most.
Use /
to slay your enemies based on their color, keep playing and you will achieve this trophy way before
300K Units.

“Units” are awarded for distance travelled. As this will no doubt be the last remaining trophy for all, luckily there is a simple way to autorun for this trophy.
You will need to actually play the game to achieve 300K Points, but for this trophy you will simply need to autorun the
button and the game will continue/restart itself every time you die. I was averaging around 500 points (“Units”) per run using this method with an autofire controller and had the
in no time.

Thanks for the recommendation for this game. Not going to lie, I didn’t like it at first but then I was completely hooked. Seriously addictive.
I played it on Vita first (this is a perfect Vita game) but the loading screens and the much slower gameplay (i.e. the speed at which your character moves) means the Platinum takes a fair old while to get.
When you move to the PS4 version, the speed is appreciably faster. It took me several runs to reprogram my muscle memory from the Vita sequences for when you have four pink/blue “enemies”(?) in a row (where you get the bulk of your points).
For £1.69, for two Plats, this game is an absolute bargain. If they released a sequel I would likely buy it immediately.
Thanks again for alerting me to yet another fun game. This site is awesome. 🙂
