Introduction:
Welcome to the Castle of no Escape 2 Trophy Guide!
Explore the cursed castle through the randomly generated rooms in this rogue-lite fun retro adventure, on your quest to defeat the evil demonic castle lord, guarded by the many monsters and hazards trying to stop you.
This is a pretty cool & fun game, but for the trophy hunters the bonus is you can get the platinum in only 5 minutes! But I do encourage you enjoy yourself and continue playing the game further 🙂
Roadmap:
Step 1: Begin a game with each of the 3 characters.
Note: There are 2 difficulties, PAL/EASY, and NTSC/HARD, you can change to playing on easy via options from the title menu.
When you begin a game you will get a choice of 3 characters to play as. Begin a game with each of them, the blue character, the green character, and the yellow character, to grab these quick character specific trophies. As soon as the game starts and you get the trophy, you can press TOUCHPAD to get to the pause menu, then press 
button to get back to the title menu to change character.
You’ll be earning these trophies: What’s that horn for? Girlizard Ears of ash
Step 2: Miscellaneous trophies.
Now grab the miscellaneous trophies, which will all be nice and easy. They are for interacting with the orange symbol in the first room, pressing 
button to use your nimble attack, killing 5 enemies, collecting a coin, taking a hit of damage, and finding an RNG potion bottle from lootboxes or from killing enemies.
During this step you’ll earn these trophies: Hunter Great hero Ouch! Aspiring millionaire Nimble hero I want to leave Restoration
Step 3: For the last trophy simply play the game for 5 minutes!
Enjoy yourself and play the game for 5 minutes, or AFK, your choice. Just don’t leave the game in the pause menu as that will pause the timer. It is also cumulative so it doesn’t matter if you die, and the trophy will automatically unlock when you have gone over 5 minutes.

 What’s that horn for? Play game as a guardian |
From the title screen select BEGIN and then select the BLUE character to play with. The Guardian/Guardsman Human.
When the game starts with this blue character this trophy will unlock.
Note: when you want to switch character press the TOUCHPAD to bring up the pause menu, then press the button to get back to the title screen. Where you can begin a new game with a different character.

From the title screen select BEGIN and then select the GREEN character to play with. The Huntress/Huntress Lizardian.
When the game starts with this green character this trophy will unlock.
Note: when you want to switch character press the TOUCHPAD to bring up the pause menu, then press the button to get back to the title screen. Where you can begin a new game and select a different character.

From the title screen select BEGIN and then select the YELLOW character to play with. The Cardinal/Cardinal N’Rgon.
When the game starts with this yellow character this trophy will unlock.
Note: when you want to switch character press the TOUCHPAD to bring up the pause menu, then press the button to get back to the title screen. Where you can begin a new game with a different character.
 Hunter Kill an enemy |
Begin a game and enter the different rooms until you find some enemies, when you kill your first enemy this trophy will unlock.
 Great hero Kill 5 enemies |
Simply kill 5 enemies for this trophy to unlock. Keep exploring through the different rooms to find more enemies.
Also this trophy is cumulative, it does not have to be 5 enemies in one go.
 Ouch! Take damage |
For this trophy simply let an enemy hit you. When you have taken your first damage this trophy will unlock.
 Aspiring millionaire Collect your first golden coin |
When you kill enemies, they will drop golden coins. When you collect your first coin this trophy will unlock.
You can also find coins inside lootboxes.
 Nimble hero Use nimble attack |
When you begin a game with any character, press the button to perform a nimble attack, to unlock this trophy.
Note: You don’t have to hit an enemy with this attack for the trophy, just pressing the button at any time even if nothing is there will get the trophy.
 I want to leave Use the sign in the first room |
When you begin the game with any character, in the first room will be an orange symbol on the floor in the middle of the room.
Stand on this orange symbol and press the 
button to interact with it, which will show the dialogue on the bottom of the screen saying “This sign looks scary” which will unlock this trophy.
 Restoration Find and use any potion |
Find a potion bottle in the game for this trophy to unlock. It is RNG but you will find them by looking inside LOOTBOXES, or they can spawn when you have killed some enemies.
Keep looking through different rooms until you find one. These potions bottles spawns are plentiful so don’t worry it is still a very nice and easy trophy.
There are red potions for extra health, and green potions for extra magic/attack. Pick up any colour of these potion bottles to unlock this trophy.

This trophy is cumulative. It does not have to be 5 minutes in one go.
If you want to check what time you are on, you can see the timer displayed in the pause screen by pressing the TOUCHPAD, but don’t stay in the pause screen as that will pause the timer.
