Tips and Strategies:

United Front is the third DLC for Call of Duty World War II. Aside from the normal multiplayer add ons, this DLC contains an entirely new zombies experience. Following the events of the second DLC, the zombie outbreak has spread throughout Europe. A new group known as the Bureau of Archaic Technologies has been formed to combat the threat.

United Front not only includes three new, very small zombies maps (Into The Storm, Across The Depths, and Beneath The Ice), but are found in a new game mode, named The Tortured Path. This mode is selected separately from normal zombies. If you select it from the main zombies menu, you will be tasked with clearing all three new maps in a row. However, if you play in custom games, you can still select the new game mode but can choose which map to play. There is also a whole new way to level up, known as your Bureau ranking.

These maps play very differently from the normal zombies mode. Each map only lasts for 11 increasingly difficult waves. On waves 3, 6, and 9, you will have to complete a special objective, and there is always a boss fight on wave 10. Wave 11 is based around escaping the map by standing at an extraction point while a timer counts down. Each map contains all six blitz machines, but no normal wall buys or random box. You will instead find blue weapon containers known as Waffenboxes for varying prices, from 500 jolts for the starting weapon box, to 4250 for LMGs. Jack in the boxes are randomly earned by purchasing weapons. The weapon you get is always random. Additionally, enemies will sometimes drop weapons, and after each objective wave, you will get a supply drop containing jolts, random weapons, and a max ammo.

These maps also introduce a new power up called Volle Rustung, which refills all player’s armor. There are no armor machines.

Treyarch Vs Sledgehammer Zombies

Sledgehammer’s attempt at a traditional zombies experience is pretty similar overall to Treyarch zombies. You still get points for killing zombies, there are perks and a pack a punch, power ups, and Easter Eggs. However, pretty much everything has a different name, though they will usually be referred to by their traditional names.

  • Points = Jolts
  • Perks = Blitzes
  • Quick Revive = Lebenblitz (green)
  • Double Tap = Kugelblitz (purple, bullet symbol)
  • Stamina Up = Laufenblitz (red)
  • Extra Melee Damage = Faustblitz (purple, fist symbol)
  • Electric Cherry = Schildblitz (yellow)
  • Speed Cola = Schnellblitz (orange)
  • Pack a Punch = Ubersprengen
  • Insta Kill = Totengriff
  • Double Points = Double Jolts/Elektromagnet
  • Max Ammo = Taschen Voll
  • Nuke = Vernichten
  • There is no Juggernaut in this version of zombies. Instead, you will have to purchase armor from Geistchild machines. Normally, you will die on your third hit, but a piece of armor will block one hit. So with full armor, you will die on the sixth hit. Armor increases in price each time you buy it, starting at 500 points. On this map, you can only refill armor by picking up the Volle Rustung power ups after each objective wave, or by using Shellshock with the Protector mod.
  • You also have a special meter, which fills up as you damage and kill zombies. This gives you access to your class special ability. There is a power up that fills this meter called Uberladen.
  • There is no window repairing.

Abilities and Class Loadouts

While the class you choose is heavily up to your own personal preference, as well as the number of players you are playing with, a few very good loadouts have been left below.

Shellshock is almost universally considered to be the best of the four abilities. When activated, it will send out a burst of energy that will temporarily stun and slightly damage all nearby enemies. What makes it so useful is the mods available.

  • Sustain Zone leaves a lingering red circle where the ability was activated. All enemies that step into the circle will be stunned, and some weaker enemies will die instantly. This is insanely useful for reviving, or keeping the heat off yourself and teammates while working on certain steps of the Easter Egg.
  • Exploit Weakness causes enemies to take 3x damage while affected by Shellshock. When combined with Sustain Zone, the enemies will be stuck in place or knocked back and left open to highly damaging attacks.
  • If you are playing in co-op, then either Protector or Defibrillate are a good choice for your last mod. The former gives all allies within range a piece of armor, while the latter will revive nearby downed allies.
  • If you are playing solo, then you may want to use one of the universal mods, or Fiery Burst, which sets nearby enemies on fire.

Freefire is really only useful for the boss fights, particularly on Beneath The Ice. When activated, it gives the player infinite ammo for a short time, with no need to reload. Any combination of the following mods will generally get the job done.

  • Squad Tactics gives allies increased headshot damage when Freefire is active.
  • Suppressive Fire makes it so that enemies hit while in Freefire are slowed and staggered.
  • Fragmentation Skull increases your personal headshot damage while Freefire is active.
  • Mk II pack-a-punches your weapon while Freefire is active.

Frontline serves a similar purpose, being most useful in boss fights and fights against tougher enemies on high rounds. When activated, it causes all enemies to follow the player, and that player does double damage while it is active.

  • Vicious increases your damage output in Frontline from 2x to 3x. When coupled with powerful pack-a-punched weapons such as the M1A1 Carbine, SVT, or Bacon and Eggs, this can do insane amounts of damage to tougher enemies and bosses.
  • Team Effort grants the ability’s 2x damage boost to all players, and should absolutely be used in co-op games.
  • Resilient allows you to regenerate health faster while Frontline is active.
  • Determination grants you two pieces of armor when activating the ability.
  • So in co-op, Vicious and Team Effort are very good, while the third ability is up to you. In solo games, you should probably stick with Vicious, Resilient, Determination, or another universal mode you like.

Camo is almost entirely useless, simply stopping the zombies from attacking you for a short time. This ability should be avoided.

In The Tortured Path, complete 100 objective waves.

Objective waves are a feature unique to this DLC. On waves 3, 6, and 9 on each map, you will be given a random objective. Failing this objective will result in failing the entire map and having to start over.

There are quite a few different objective types:

  • Defeat all the Meuchlers in the time limit: you will be attacked by a group of Meuchlers from the Darkest Shore. They are much weaker than the versions from that DLC, but are still noticeably tougher than normal zombies. The number that attack, and the time you have to deal with them, will depend on the wave and the number of players. However they will always spawn from the same areas on each playthrough. Aim for the head with high powered weapons to kill them quickly.
  • Defeat all the special zombies (Bombers or Fire Zombies) in the time limit: you will have to kill a set number of either bombers or fire zombies (DLC 2) within a set time limit. The number of enemies will depend on the round and number of players. Both enemy types are fairly weak, but attack in large swarms that can quickly become overwhelming. They can also kill you very quickly. Try to use Jack in the Boxes and Shellshock to more easily clear these waves.
  • Repair all three marked locations: go to each marked location and hold  to repair the item. This objective is very easy if at least one player has Jack in the Boxes. If not, you will need to stagger Shellshocks or be very good at defending. The repairs only take a few seconds.
  • Defend the marked supplies: protect the marked supplies for a certain amount of time, dependent on the number of players. This one is basically impossible without a combination of Jack in the Boxes, Shellshocks, and explosive pack a punched weapons.
  • Kill the V.I.Z. before it escapes: a marked bomber will spawn that will need to be killed before it reaches an escape point. They have more health than normal bombers. Depending on the wave, you will usually have to kill more than one, sometimes as many as four. Focus on the explosive tanks to deal more damage.
  • Defuse the planted bombs (Across the Depths only): you will have to pick up a bomb defusal kit and use to to defuse three bombs across the map, basically a tougher version of the “repair marked locations” objective.
  • Defend the bomber zombie until it reaches its destination (Into the Storm only): a bomber zombie will spawn with a health bar that you must escort to its destination. This one is pretty easy with Jack in the Boxes and Shellshock, but the escort will last 30-60 seconds depending on the spawn position. If you don’t have those weapons and abilities, then you will need a good pack a punched weapon to have any chance.
  • Get kills in the rave/fisheye vision (Across the Depths only): you will sometimes enter a weird vision mode where the aspect ratios change and the screen changes colors a bit. You have to finish the round before the timer runs out to complete this objective.
  • Kill the Gecholts before they kill other zombies (Beneath the Ice only): these are the flame zombies from the second DLC. You have to focus on killing them over the other types of zombies. If they kill too many other zombies, you will fail the objective.
  • Get kills near the sacrificial stones (Beneath the Ice only): each player will need to get a set number of kills around a stone. The more players in the lobby, the more stones you have to get kills around. They function like soul boxes.
  • Defeat the boss: on wave 10 of every map, you will have to defeat a boss. This counts as a type of objective wave.
  • Escape: if you defeat the boss of a map, you will then have to complete wave 11. On this wave, you will need to hold out in an extraction point. This will be marked as a circle right next to where you spawn. The time will vary a bit depending on the number of players. As long as at least one player is in the circle, you will successfully escape.
I Have the Power
In The Tortured Path, assemble the Sword of Barbarossa.

This is the Easter Egg trophy for the DLC. Thankfully, it is actually quite easy due to a little exploit. While there are three separate EE’s for each of the three maps, if you go into “custom games” and select the final map (Beneath The Ice), you only need to complete the EE for that map. Below you will find a guide for the EE for Beneath The Ice; there is little purpose in attempting the EE on all three maps. Possibly the toughest part of this one is that you only have 10 rounds to complete it. This EE is completely doable solo, but it is definitely recommended to bring along at least one other player, mostly because they can keep the zombies distracted.

Step 1: Charge The Battery

As soon as the game begins, enter the central room and go to the right to the giant black battery looking device. Melee it three times to charge it. At this point, on every even numbered round, you can hold  on the battery to enter a special vision mode, which can speed up some of the remaining steps.

Step 2: First Rune Code

On round 2, you can enter the special vision mode and search the map for sets of runes. Once you find the sets of runs, head to the back of the map to a large wall containing a bunch of runes. You will need to input the specific runes you found around the map by hitting  over the necessary runes. The codes can be anywhere from 3 to7 runes, and there are about 25 known combinations.

However, you actually don’t have to go searching for the runes at all. By utilizing this reddit thread, you can input the listed sets of runes and brute force your way through the step. Once you have input the correct code, a supply drop will land next to the wall, containing the hilt of the sword. Take the hilt to the center and place it in the bowl in the center room.

Step 3: Flares

You can do this step as early as round 2. After the hilt is placed, a box containing flares will fall onto the main staircase. You will need to throw one into each of the four bowls in the four corners of the central room. If you miss, you will get the ammo back (flares replace your special grenades). It is best to throw from directly below the bowls.

Go to the rune wall and use your flares to light the bowls on either side of the wall. Finally, hug the wall right next to where you get your supply drops after objective waves and throw a flare into the final bowl. This will open up a hole in the wall to your right containing a rune, which will need to be placed in the wall.

Step 4: Second Rune Code

If you’ve worked quickly, it is possible to do this on round 2, but most players will want to wait until round 4 (round 3 being an objective wave). Using the same tactic as step 2, input the second rune code. You can choose to search the map for the code, or just use the reddit thread. Once you get the second code, another supply drop will arrive in the room, containing the pommel of the sword. Take it to the center room and place it in the bowl.

Step 5: Sacrificial Stones

This is by far the hardest step of this map’s EE. There are four sacrificial stones around the map: one at spawn, one to the left of the center room, one to the right of the center room, and one near the rune door. You will be able to press down anywhere from 1-4 of the plates, equivalent to the number of players. For this step, every player must stand on a stone and get zombie kills. If any player steps off, you will have to do the step again. You can kill zombies that are far away from you, just as long as you don’t jump or get off the plate. Once all four players get enough kills, you will hear a completion sound and can safely step off.

If you want, you can risk waiting until round 7 and pack a punching your weapons to attempt this step. However, you need a lot of kills, and may accidentally reach round 9 while killing. Multiple players will need jack in the boxes and everyone should use their super (preferably Shellshock or Freefire) with an SMG, Shotgun, or Assault Rifle. If you have some consumables (primarily insta kill), you should use them here.

Once you’ve gotten enough kills, a rune will fall down in the central blood pool. Pick it up and take it to the rune wall.

Step 6: Third Rune Code

Same as steps 2 and 4. However you choose to solve the final rune puzzle is up to you. Once it has been solved, a supply drop will arrive on the next round containing the final part.

Step 7: Build the Sword

Once you obtain the final part (the blade), take it to the center and hold  to assemble the sword. This will take a good 15-30 seconds, so make sure someone else distracts the zombies. The trophy will pop as soon as you take the sword. It unfortunately isn’t as good as it was in the second DLC.

Note: it is highly suggested that you combine this trophy with Silver Extra Tortured Path for this third map. Once you complete the Easter Egg, you will gain all six perks, and while you can lose them if you go down and don’t get revived quickly, as long as you don’t re buy anything, it will not void the trophy.

The Tortured Path Easter Egg

I’ll Be Home for Christmas
In The Tortured Path, successfully escape from Beneath the Ice.

Beneath the Ice is the third and final map included in this DLC. It is set in an ancient underground temple. The layout is quite simple; there is an outer path that goes around the entire map, surrounding a central chamber. There is also small room on top of the map that is important to the Easter Egg. The map itself is a bit easier than the second, but the boss fight is by far the hardest of the three.

The three devices needed to charge the pack a punch are located on a path in the back left area of the map, next to the spot where you get your supply drops after objective waves, and next to the pack a punch machine.

The available objectives are:

  • Defeat all the Meuchlers in the time limit.
  • Defeat all the special zombies (Bombers or Fire Zombies) in the time limit.
  • Repair all three marked locations.
  • Defend the marked supplies.
  • Kill the V.I.Z. before it escapes.
  • Defuse the planted bombs.
  • Kill the Gecholts before they kill other zombies.
  • Get kills near the sacrificial stones.

The strategy you use for this map should be pretty similar to the first two, albeit with a much more challenging boss.

  • On wave 1, charge the first pack a punch device in the back area. Try to have at least one player get Jack in the Boxes by hitting the 500 point starting weapon box.
  • For the rest of wave 1 and all of wave 2, try to build as many points as possible for perks and weapon purchases.
  • Wave 3 is the first objective wave.
  • Waves 4 and 5 are again about building points, and powering up the second pack a punch device next to where you get supply drops. You should also go ahead and start purchasing perks, with the most useful being increased weapon damage and fast reload, and possibly quick revive.
  • As for weapons, you will need the most powerful options you can find. This boss fight is all about doing damage quickly. Every player should have a combination of the M1 Carbine, SVT, 1911, and 9mm SAP
  • Wave 6 is the second objective wave.
  • On wave 7, power up the last pack a punch device directly next to the pack a punch machine to the right of spawn. Start pack a punching your weapons and finish purchasing any perks you may need.
  • Spend the rest of waves 7 and 8 building points, upgrading weapons, and obtaining Jack in the Boxes if possible.
  • Wave 9 is the third objective wave.
  • Wave 10 is the boss fight against the Guardian. He will initially spawn in the central room and will begin to search for the players. Not only does he have a colossal amount of health, he is actually able to refill his health. If he gets back into the central room, he will begin regaining health by draining 1-4 heads on the upper walls of the room. To stop this, shoot all the heads until they stop streaming blood. This fight unfortunately has quite a bit of luck involved. Sometimes, the boss will run to the central room after very little damage has been dealt, and sometimes, he will let you take out nearly his entire health bar on the first try. The best strategy is for all players to take the boss to a location far away from the center room and pop Jack in the Boxes to distract him and the zombies. On this fight, Freefire and Frontline are actually really useful, as the former can allow you to shoot upgraded weapons nonstop for a while, and the latter can increase the damage of yourself and your teammates. Shellshock is still quite useful. The boss’s head is his weakest point. He attacks with a powerful melee slam as well as a black hole like ability. If you get lucky, you might be able to finish him off in just one or two cycles, but if he decides to constantly run back into the center mere seconds after destroying the heads, you may just get screwed over and not be able to take him out in five minutes. There is also the possibility of a very helpful glitch in which the boss will get stuck in place in the center room acting like he is trying to heal. If this happens, just unload on him until his health runs out.
  • Once the boss goes down, pick up the engineered part and then complete the escape wave. The extraction point is next to the lost and found bag where you spawn.
Over Engineered
In The Tortured Path, collect 25 Engineered Parts.

Engineered parts are your reward for beating bosses in The Tortured Path. Each time you kill a boss, you will get a new engineered part. These parts are applied to weapons and provide them with a 10% damage increase. Thankfully, there are no duplicates. The part will appear over the corpse of the boss along with some kind of rare or unique weapon that can be used for the escape wave. You don’t need to escape for it to save, though escaping will give you an extra objective wave for Silver Ride of the Century.

Unfortunately, there is no real way to speed up this trophy. The first map Into the Storm is the best for farming parts, as the map is the easiest, and can be completed in 20-30 minutes. Once you become experienced with the game and have reached a high Bureau ranking, you will be able to complete this map solo consistently. You can go for this with randoms online, preferably those with a high Bureau ranking or with a group of partners to speed it up.

Also, this trophy is slightly glitched. Due to two DLC weapons being cut from the game but having their parts released anyway, you may have to collect as many as 27 parts to unlock the trophy. Some players unlock it at 25, some at 26, and others at 27. Regardless of your skill level, this trophy will take a minimum of 10 hours, provided that you are able to kill a boss on every single playthrough.

Sea Sick
In The Tortured Path, successfully escape from Across the Depths.

Across the Depths is the second of the three maps included in this DLC. It is set on a cargo ship in the arctic. This map has the most complicated layout; with both exterior and interior sections of the ship being accessible.  While this map has the easiest boss fight of the DLC, the map itself is probably the hardest, due to how narrow it is and all the tight hallways and small rooms. Also, at random intervals, the vehicles on the upper and lower decks will move from left to right or right to left, blocking off certain pathways and potentially killing players or enemies when they collide.

The three devices needed to charge the pack a punch are located on the lower deck next to one of the moving vehicles, next to the extra melee damage blitz, and next to the pack a punch machine.

  • Get kills in the rave/fisheye vision.

This map is a little more complicated, though the strategy isn’t all that different.

  • On wave 1, charge the first pack a punch device on one of the lower decks, next to one of the trucks that moves left and right. Try to have at least one player get Jack in the Boxes by hitting the 500 point starting weapon box.
  • For the rest of wave 1 and all of wave 2, try to build as many points as possible for perks and weapon purchases.
  • Wave 3 is the first objective wave.
  • Waves 4 and 5 are again about building points, and powering up the second pack a punch device next to the extra melee damage blitz in side the ship. You should also go ahead and start purchasing perks, with the most useful being increased weapon damage, quick revive, and fast reload.
  • As for weapons, you will need lighter ones that allow faster movement speed, given that the boss doesn’t have a lot of health compared to the others. The M1911 and 9mm SAP work quite well, as do SMGs, the M1A1 Carbine, and the SVT.
  • Wave 6 is the second objective wave.
  • On wave 7, power up the last pack a punch device directly next to the pack a punch machine inside the ship. Start pack a punching your weapons and finish purchasing any perks you may need.
  • Spend the rest of waves 7 and 8 building points, upgrading weapons, and obtaining Jack in the Boxes if possible.
  • Wave 9 is the third objective wave.
  • Wave 10 is the boss fight against the Stadtjager. He is by far the easiest of the three bosses in the DLC. He is little more than a bullet sponge that will chase after players and attempt to use a melee attack. Once he spawns, one player should use Shellshock and all players should unload on him. If he survives this initial attack, start throwing Jack in the Boxes to keep him distracted. He should be killed within 30 seconds. Do note that he will not immediately die, as he will play a long death animation before he collapses and drops his engineered part.
  • Once the boss goes down, pick up the engineered part and then complete the escape wave. The extraction point is next to the lost and found bag across from the increased movement speed blitz.
We’ve Only Just Begun
In The Tortured Path, successfully escape from Into the Storm.

Into the Storm is the first of the three maps included in this DLC. It is set in a small Spanish town. This is by far the easiest of the three maps, as it is very open and easy to navigate.

The three devices needed to charge the pack a punch are located behind the windmill, in the basement of the house, and next to the other open house with the melee damage blitz.

The available objective waves are:

  • Defeat all the Meuchlers in the time limit.
  • Defeat all the special zombies (Bombers or Fire Zombies) in the time limit.
  • Repair all three marked locations.
  • Defend the marked supplies.
  • Kill the V.I.Z. before it escapes.
  • Defend the bomber zombie until it reaches its destination.

The strategy for this map is pretty simple:

  • On wave 1, charge the first pack a punch device behind the windmill. Everyone should hit the 500 point starting weapon box at least once, not so much to get a weapon but to try and get Jack in the Boxes.
  • The rest of wave 1 and 2 should be focused on building points.
  • Wave 3 is the first objective wave.
  • Waves 4 and 5 are again about building points, and powering up the second pack a punch device in the house basement. You should also go ahead and start purchasing perks, with the most useful being increased weapon damage, quick revive, and fast reload.
  • Also, try and get a decent weapon. The best weapons are the M1A1 Carbine, SVT, M1911, 9mm SAP, and Ribeyrolles. LMGs are ok, but they will really slow down your movement.
  • Wave 6 is the second objective wave.
  • On wave 7, power up the last pack a punch device next to the blown out building and crater. Start pack a punching your weapons, and purchase any other perks you want.
  • For the rest of waves 7 and 8, make sure as many people have pack a punched weapons and Jack in the Boxes as possible.
  • Wave 9 is the third objective wave.
  • Wave 10 is the boss fight against the Raketenbrenner, basically an oversized version of a Brenner zombie with a shield and way more health. You will have 5 minutes to defeat him. In order to defeat the boss, you will have to bring down his shield, accomplished by keeping him inside one of the big red artillery circles on the ground. He will be stunned for a short time and susceptible to damage, though the shield will eventually come back. The best strategy is to have players tagger tossing their Jack in the Boxes next to the truck in the middle of the main area. This will keep the boss and all the zombies trapped. When his shield goes down, any players running Frontline or Freefire should focus on doing as much damage as possible, with Shellshock equipped players popping their abilities when the Jacks run out. As long as you can keep him in the circle for most of the fight, you should be able to win with plenty of time left. Unfortunately, he will sometimes ignore Jacks entirely and chase after a random player.
  • Once the boss goes down, get your engineered part and then complete the escape wave. The extraction point is right next to the lost and found bag in the main area where you fought the boss.
David, Meet Goliath
In The Tortured Path, defeat the Guardian solo.

This can potentially be one of the toughest trophies in the game, as the Guardian, the boss of Beneath The Ice, is the hardest of the three in this DLC. Not only do you need to defeat the boss solo, but you have to get to that boss fight solo, which can be very difficult depending on the objective waves you get. That being said, the strategy is pretty similar for the boss in both solo and co-op. Refer to Bronze I’ll Be Home for Christmas for more information on good setups for the map. For this particular trophy, you may want to use Frontline or Freefire. The former increases damage dealt to the boss and will keep him from entering the center for a few moments. The latter will allow you to deal a lot of quick damage, though it probably won’t be enough to 1 cycle him.

When you reach the boss fight, lead him as far away from the center as possible before you start shooting. Once he is far away, immediately pop your special ability and throw a jack in the box. If you are fast enough, you can kill him before he even gets the chance to go and heal, though this will most likely take multiple cycles. For each cycle, just pull the boss as far away as you can from the center using jacks and unload all your ammo into him. This fight requires a bit of luck as to how the boss and zombies behave, but with a little preparation and a high Bureau ranking, you should be able to get it within a couple tries.

Alternatively, you can stay in or near the center room; while the boss will go back to heal more often, you will be close enough that you can almost immediately interrupt his healing process.

As one final tip, it is probably best not to go for this trophy until you have reached the max Bureau ranking, as your damage will be doubled from where it was at rank 1.

Uber Lurker
In The Tortured Path, find and shoot Klaus.

This trophy can only be earned on the third map Beneath the Ice. In order to see Klaus, you will have to complete the first step of the Easter Egg, by meleeing the battery three times. Then, once you begin round 2, hold  over the battery to enter the weird “rave mode”.

Once you enter this mode, just run between the spawn area and the center of the map until he eventually appears. When he does, shoot him a couple times until the trophy unlocks. You can activate the battery an unlimited number of times per round, but only on even numbered rounds.

B.A.T. Elite upscale-245262160018212
In The Tortured Path, reach the max Bureau ranking.

Bureau Ranking is a new type of XP leveling system exclusive to this DLC. You will only gain Bureau ranking by selecting the game mode “The Tortured Path”. You will level up your Bureau ranking alongside your standard XP system for the main zombies mode. Basically, anything that would get you XP in the main zombies mode on any other map will give you Bureau ranking progress in The Tortured Path. Every time you level up in Bureau ranking, you will gain a permanent damage boost. Once you hit rank 50, you will have a 100% damage bonus (double your normal damage), making this DLC a lot easier. Some guides have stated this boost only applies to public games, but this is unconfirmed.

For this trophy, you will need to reach the maximum Bureau ranking of 50. While this is a bit of a grind, it will almost certainly unlock before you have collected all the engineered parts for Bronze Over Engineered. Everything you do will increase your Bureau ranking. Usually, managing to escape will give you 1-2 full ranks.

Extra Tortured Path upscale-245262160018212
In The Tortured Path, successfully escape from every map without using Blitz

This is one of the tougher trophies in the DLC. You have to escape from all three maps without purchasing any Blitz (perks). This is very challenging to do solo, so it is extremely recommended to bring in a 3 or 4 player group. Additionally, this trophy is voided if any player in the group purchases a Blitz.

Into the Storm isn’t too hard. The map is big and open, allowing all players to train zombies as needed. You need to pack a punch as quickly as possible, and jack in the boxes are a necessity. The weapons loadout is basically the same as any other playthrough. As long as you don’t get a bunch of terrible objective waves, this map shouldn’t be much of a problem.

The difficulty ramps up on map 2, Across the Depths. While the boss isn’t much of a problem, staying alive isn’t so easy. It is best to buy some better weapons (Assault Rifles, SMGs, and LMGs) in order to stay alive. These weapons will be perfectly usable for the boss fight. As long as you get decent objective waves and have jack in the boxes, you should be able to finish this within a few tries. It is also highly recommended to bring in some consumables, specifically nukes and insta kills.

Beneath the Ice is normally pretty brutal. Since the boss fight comes down to dealing tons of damage quickly and preventing the boss from healing, you will be struggling without double tap. Frontline and Shellshock can be used to increase damage and keep him away from the center for a little longer, but if you choose to rely on class abilities, you will need to bring in a bunch of full special meter consumables. However, there is a bit of an exploit for this map. If you complete the map’s Easter Egg, all players will be gifted all six blitzes. You can still lose them if you go down and don’t get revived quickly, but having these perks doesn’t void the trophy. See Bronze I Have the Power for an Easter Egg guide.

This trophy will definitely be made easier if you have the maximum Bureau ranking.
