Welcome to Awesome Pea 2 Trophy Guide!
Developed by PigeonDev and ported by Sometimes You; Awesome Pea 2 is a return of the classic “Game Boy” style side scrolling run & jump platformer and a sequel to the original Awesome Pea.

Roadmap:

Every level has a trophy associated with completing it so the trophies come at a regular pace and there is not much to expand on. Each level however must be completed whilst collecting all available Coins & Diamonds in each. You are joined in the levels by a number of enemies/obstacles that must be avoided in order to stay alive.

Step 1: Play through the 25 Stages
All stages can be replayed how ever many times are needed in order to collect all the Coins & Diamonds in one go. Should you die on a level, it will restart and you will have to collect them all again. Completing a level without collecting all will also result in a need to replay the level for trophy purposes. If you are struggling to collect all of them, then feel free to complete the level without them in order to advance the game and then come back to it later.

It is worth noting that you cannot backtrack in all levels; therefore if you noticed that you missed a collectible, then you may as well restart the level. Compared to the original, this time you do have a time limit for each level, but it is very generous.

You’ll be earning all the STAGE related trophies and the Platinum during this step. The only thing you may wish to do differently is to complete levels without collecting all collectibles to advance the game, then come back to it later.

Tips and Strategies:

Before starting the game head over to settings and turn the CRT-Effect to OFF. This will give less of a pixel type feel and make the coins/diamonds easier to see.
If you are struggling take your time to replay levels to ensure you have a good feeling with them and can complete them before trying to go for the coins/diamonds; remember that not all coins and diamonds are in plain sight, so it may be beneficial to practice finishing the level first.

Each Diamond is worth 10 coins, so you notice that the number required on the level select page is not the total number of collectibles needed; it is combined.

In this level in particular you will be met with a choice of travelling Up/Down at an intersection. Ensure that you take the down route first to collect the 2 diamonds below.

Complete Level 22.
This level contains 66 Coins & 4 Diamonds. Not all Coins are in plain sight, but will need be collected prior to finishing the level. You can see how many you have collected by looking in the top left hand corner of the screen. Keep a eye for the Arrows as these will help you find all collectibles and remember the diamonds are worth 10 coins.

At the fork in the road in this level take the right hand path first to collect the remaining coins, then head back the way you came.

This level contains 43 Coins & 4 Diamonds. Not all Coins are in plain sight, but will need be collected prior to finishing the level. You can see how many you have collected by looking in the top left hand corner of the screen. Keep a eye for the Arrows as these will help you find all collectibles and remember the diamonds are worth 10 coins.

Make sure you don’t jump in the cauldron at the end before collecting the final diamond.

Complete Level 24.
This level contains 72 Coins & 2 Diamonds. Not all Coins are in plain sight, but will need be collected prior to finishing the level. You can see how many you have collected by looking in the top left hand corner of the screen. Keep a eye for the Arrows as these will help you find all collectibles and remember the diamonds are worth 10 coins.

You will need to enter the space rocket at the end to end the level.

You also have a time limit, however it is a very generous time limit.

You will obtain this automatically upon exiting the final level and watching the cut scene.
